Owner/CEO Paul Horne has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 24 years.  His nine year involvement as a competitive athlete in Sport Aerobics has taught him about goal setting, hard work and self-discipline that have resulted in 3 gold medals and 7 silver.  Paul is a certifed PRCS (Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist), SFL (Supervisor of Fitness Leaders) in Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Pilates.  Also a fully certified Pilates instructor with the Physicalmind Institute.  This has allowed him the opportunity to demonstrate his charismatic, understanding and motivating personality.
